Club fees for the upcoming 2009-2010 season have been announced!

Club Fees for the 2009-2010 season will remain at
$585 per player.

We feel fortunate that this is the third year in a row that club fees have been held at this price.

Western Buckeye will continue to offer a payment plan for those of you who would like to take advantage of it.  It has been very well received in the past, and we are pleased to be able to continue to offer this as an option.

Players who accept our offer to join Western Buckeye can pay the entire fee of $585 by December 1, 2009.  The second option for everyone is to pay in 3 installments of $195, with the first payment due by December 1, 2009.  The second payment would be due by January 1, 2010 with the final payment due by February 1, 2010.

Please remember that payments should be mailed to the address listed below, or be given to Coach Kevin, or his wife Lisa. We don't want the other coaches to have to worry about handling payments.

What is covered in the Fee:

Fees include all practice time and coaching, club administration costs, player registration with the OVR, tournament entry fees, a jersey, and  a warm-up shirt.  There are NO additional fees to cover coaches expenses as many other clubs impose.  The $585 fee is all you will be committing to paying Western Buckeye if you become a member of our club.

Players will need to provide their own solid black spandex shorts, knee pads and shoes.

Any additional items purchased are strictly optional and are determined on a team-by-team basis.  This may include things like socks, extra shorts, etc.. 

Travel costs (meals, gas, etc..) for the players are not included in the team fees.  Western Buckeye will continue to schedule most matches within a 2.5 hour drive or less (most are much less) so that there are no overnight costs incurred for the players for most tournaments.  It is possible that one overnight trip will be scheduled per team.

All teams will be registered for 6 regular season tournaments (or 6 playing dates if we enter a 2 day tournament).  Plus all teams will also be registered for the OVR Championships in Columbus.  That is 7 total tournaments.

Teams will practice 2 days per week, unless they are scheduled to practice on a weekend that they are playing in a tournament.  For the most part, teams will practice one weeknight and one weekend day or evening per week.  An overall practice schedule will be posted soon....and particulars about exact times and dates of practices for individual teams will be made know at the time an offer is extended.  All practices will be held in Springboro.
