Club Director and Coach
Jennifer Polley

Jennifer is returning
for her fourth season of coaching, and her second year as the Club Director for
Western Buckeye. In addition to her being a coach with
Western Buckeye, Jennifer has also served as the Head Junior
Varsity Volleyball coach for the past three seasons at Stivers High
School. She has had a long term relationship with Western Buckeye,
as her daughter was a player in our club for several
seasons.
Coaches
Kevin Sedensky

Kevin returns to coach for his sixth season with Western Buckeye. He is the former Director of Western Buckeye Volleyball Club and he is also the current Varsity Volleyball Coach at Springboro High School. Other volleyball coaching experience includes multiple years coaching Springboro Junior High's 8th grade team and 3 seasons as the Junior Varsity head coach at Springboro High School. Kevin has coached 13’s, 14’s and 15’s teams in his time with Western Buckeye. Kevin has been playing volleyball in the Dayton area for the past 20+ years.
Dawn Leach

Dawn returns to coach her fifth season with Western Buckeye. Dawn started playing volleyball in middle school and
continued on throughout high school while playing JO in the off season.
After graduating from Wright State, Dawn started her coaching
career at Carroll High School and Gem City Volleyball Club. She
is in her third season as the eighth Grade coach at Springboro Junior
High. Dawn continues to play in leagues and tournaments, and
we look forward to tapping into her coaching experience as she continues with
Western Buckeye.
Elizabeth (Betsy) Pratt

Betsy is returning for
her fourth season with Western Buckeye as a head coach. In addition
to her coaching experience with Western Buckeye, Betsy has also been the Head
Junior Varsity Coach at Wilmington High School. Betsy played junior
high and high school volleyball in the Wilmington School
District. After graduating from high school, Betsy continued her
playing career at Wilmington College. We are excited to have
Betsy and her coaching experience and collegiate playing experience as part of
the Western Buckeye family.
Jerrica Dabe

Jerrica is returning for
her third season of coaching with Western Buckeye. She has previously
held a Head Coach position with Matchpoint volleyball club, coaching 15’s and
16’s. She also has prior experience head coaching at the Junior High
level for Clinton Massie. Additionally, besides her junior high and
high school playing days, Jerrica played collegiately at Southern State
Community College where she is the career leader in kills and second overall on
blocking.
Sarah Saylor

This is Sarah's first year coaching with the Western Buckeye Club. She comes with a year of Head Coaching 15's girls with Matchpoint Club Volleyball. Sarah started playing volleyball in Middle School and continued through High School. She was a 3 year Varsity Letterman while attending East Clinton High School. She is excited about joining the Western Buckeye group and looks forward a rewarding and exciting season.
